If you want a pill that doesn’t confuse you, muddle you or make you feel strange in the morning, these are the sleeping pills I’d advise you try. If you want to hmget a good night’s sleep without trying, tossing and turning, you couldn’t get better.

definitely zopies you can taste the matalic taste NHS zopies have .
half a tablet is sufficient for me even on a heavy tren cycle ,these zops knock you out for 8hrs as they should do, like the ones the NHS give ya.
