Purchasing Rules/FAQ

  • All orders must be paid for within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled and products added back to stock. 
  • Orders must be paid for by 9AM to qualify for next day delivery, any later than this and the delivery will be the next working day.
  • Only use your order reference number as the reference on your bank transfer and nothing else, DO NOT make any reference to what you are buying, Gym, Diazepam, Sups, PT,  ETC, If this happens your order will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund, no ifs no buts no excuses
FAQ
 
When will my order arrive?
We post Monday to Friday. If your order is in and paid for by 9am Tuesday (for example) it will arrive Wednesday (the next day).
 
Can I have the tracking number?
No, unless you have missed 2 delivery attempts. Tracking numbers don’t tell you what time to expect your delivery so are not needed unless you need to make arrangements to collect after the missed delivery attempts. 
 
Can you confirm my order I didn’t receive an email?
No, for what ever reason some people don’t receive email updates, if you have ordered and paid correctly then your order will be dispatched as expected. Any emails asking to confirm will be ignored as there are so many im beginning to sound like a broken record.
 
Can I order for a friend/to arrive at a different address?
Of course, along as the shipping address is correct.
 
Has my order been dispatched?
If you have paid before 9am then yes, there is no need to constantly check.
Its the next day and my order hasn’t arrived, where is it?
It’s most likely on its way to you and sometimes shit happens with couriers so may need an extra day, especially during busy seasonal periods.  
 
Ive ordered before 9am Friday and my order hasn’t been delivered on Saturday?
Delivery isn’t guaranteed for Saturday 9 times out of 10 it does but if not it will most likely arrive on Monday.
